The dual master program M.Sc. Pharmaceutical Science & Business is a dual study course setting highly qualified and needed generalists for one of the most important growth industries in Germany. Graduates can analyze complex problems and issues, evaluate trends in biopharmaceutical R&D, quality management and pharmaceutical production, use agile working methods and, thus, can work in a wide range of functions in the pharma and biotech industry.
"A great study programme, designed together with experts from the pharmaceutical industry - thus a perfect career and industry start.”
Prof. Dr. Alexander Schuhmacher, Executive Programme Advisor
The study program is primarily addressed to graduates of bachelor programs in natural sciences that aim to start their professional career in the biopharmaceutical industry. Likewise, the program qualifies young professionals and junior managers for a (new) function in a pharma or biotech company. In doing so, the study program is also open for graduates of other faculties that do not have a natural science background.
Professors of Reutlingen University (primarily of the School of Applied Chemistry) as well as lecturers from other universities (e.g. Tübingen, St. Gallen) and the industry (e.g. Novartis, Vetter Pharma, PwC) teach and train in the program.
